They did sell me a car with quite a few problems that they did not disclose to me, they only said the transmission and engine were good and thats only what the warranty covers as well… wasn't allowed to take it to get inspected before sale either. But we did go back and they did cover the services of what needed to be done, so I do appreciate that. had to spend another thousand in repairs. I also Appreciate their kindness and respect towards me and the situation as well.

Excelente experiencia y precios muy buenos. Recientemente compré mi carro en Carlotta Auto Sales y después de visitar varios dealers, esta fue por mucho la experiencia más sencilla y sin estrés. Los precios estaban excelentes. Sinceramente, no podía dejar pasar esas ofertas. Khalid fue súper paciente y honesto durante todo el proceso. Se tomó el tiempo de responder todas mis preguntas, me dejó pensar con calma y nunca sentí presión para comprar, algo que no puedo decir de los otros dealers que visité. Estoy encantada con mi Toyota RAV4 2018. 😍 Está limpia, corre muy bien y es exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Desde que la compré me he sentido muy cómoda y segura manejándola.
